Our Story
Bernard Properties is a property management and real estate development company based in Boston, Massachusetts. We acquire, develop, and manage residential properties throughout the greater Boston area. Our most recent projects are in Brockton, where we completed and now manage The Anglim and The Petronelli, two historic apartment buildings totaling seventy-three units.

Our Properties
Bernard Properties manages two historic buildings in downtown Brockton: The Anglim and The Petronelli. Both were long vacant before they were brought back. We oversaw every phase of both projects — acquisition, financing, construction, lease-up, and now day-to-day management. That continuity is unusual in this business, and it is the reason we know these buildings as well as we do.
